Stand up paddleboard rentals are simple to set up and and easy to learn and use. You progress quickly by using a paddleboard that is larger, more stable than a conventional surfboard. When you paddle you will make use of all your muscles particularly your core and legs. With a Stand Up Paddleboard you could:
-paddle on flat water with your child or another adult
– teach your friends in minutes and ride with your family
– take beautiful photos
-race your friends
-paddle with the wind at your back in more than 20 knot winds
-get some exercise or do yoga!
SUP boards (kayaks located at the same location) are already at the beach in the NIC beach area/North Shore of downtown Coeur d’Alene Lake free of charge. You will need to make a reservation.
Reserve a Stand Up Paddleboard
You can paddle around the North Shore area, North Idaho College area, Tubbs Hill, Cougar Bay, and up the Spokane River if you like. Parking is sometimes a hassle along the lake and please plan ahead to find parking prior to your rental. They have the newest inventory and the most reliable staff.
