White Water, Fishing, and Scenic River Rafting Guides, Full and Part Time

Work Site: Rafting and Fishing Headquarters, 232 Daigle Lane, Alberton MT 59820 (35 min from Missoula) 5-6 days a week (Mid June-August/EarlySept)

Serve as a whitewater rafting guide on both paddle and oar framed rafts. Guides will run full-day and half-day river trips on the Clark Fork River (30 min outside Missoula) and Blackfoot Rivers surrounding Missoula, MT. Guides’ primary responsibility is to work directly with our guests and seek to provide the best possible guest vacation experience. Guides are part of a summer bustling company that emphasizes quality service, teamwork, and a fun working environment. Guides pay is DOE per trip, plus tips. Outdoor Recreation Business Management Assistant

Mid June-August/Early Sept) 8a-6pm 4 days a week, 40 hours a week Work Site: Office/Home 232 Daigle Lane, Alberton MT 59820 (35 min from Missoula) 5-6 days a week

Our Outdoor Recreation Business Management Assistant helps with scheduling guides, booking customer trips, and supporting our guide staff. Assistant helps with operating our web presence, and social media, and booking/retail shop platforms. They help track populations of persons served, participants on trips, and help staff use our reservation system to better track the flow of trips. This is mainly a phone service position that pays $12/hour and includes training. It is a diverse indoor/outdoor job.

Customer Logistics Assistant

Position: Full Time, 40 hours a week (Mid June – August/Early Sept)

Work Site: Rafting and Fishing Headquarters, 232 Daigle Lane, Alberton MT 59820

Main responsibilities include picking, packaging, and getting lunches ready when needed for trips. The Logistics Assistant will also organize and clean gear, transport customers, gas vans, clean the shop, water the produce in the garden, and keep the shop running smoothly. The Assistant needs to be able to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and guides regarding trip details, shop equipment, and safely transport customers in company van to and from the shop to Missoula and help run our shuttles. This job pays $10/hr. as an entry level position to outdoor recreation guide employment plus customer tips.
